Our instructors’ goal is to get you eFoiling on your first Aventura Nautica’s Fliteboard experience in Roses’s coast.

We will teach you the techniques to navigate and fly in a supportive and maximum fun environment.

We carry out the cours soon in the morning or at the end of the day, to ensure optimal conditions for sea navigation. The foil needs little wind and waves, especially when it's the first time you try it. So it is worth waking up early and enjoying the tranquility of the morning. We leave from the bay of Rosas and depending on your level and conditions, we can venture to the beautiful coves of Cap de Creus.

Learning course: A 40-minute course with an instructor, for one person. Suitable for those who have no experience in foil and want to learn to sail and live the sensation of rising in foil over the sea.

Please bear in mind

The Fliteboard experience is available for participants from the age of 16, provided they have the signed consent of their legal guardians, and is subject to weather conditions.

While no prior experience is required, it is beneficial to have balance skills, know how to swim, and maintain good physical condition, although it is not essential.

We recommend undertaking the activity early in the morning to fully enjoy it and ensure ideal conditions. Remember that we will provide life jackets, and you will be accompanied at all times by our fun and experienced instructors.

It is essential to present the booking confirmation, either in digital or printed format, at our ticket office on the day of the activity. The starting point, as with the rest of our water activities, is the Port of Santa Margarita in Roses, Gerona.
